Zac Posen debuted his spring/summer 2015 line on the 5th day of Fashion Week oozing classic retro silhouettes reminiscent of the fifties and sixties. We swear he was channeling Audrey Hepburn with straight legged trouser sets, off-the-shoulder dresses and body-skimming chic mid-length skirts paired with gloves and over-sized sunglasses. Exuding classic tailoring and stylized architecture, he created immaculate peplums and bustiers made of molded and folded neoprene along with feminine draping. The gowns featured beautiful bead work, clean classic lines and fabrication that left us in awe.
Of note, Coco Rocha walked the runway in Posen’s black satin off shoulder gown while Uma Thurman and Kiernan Shipka watched from the front row.
